Wow...

Wow. I just hit over 2000 pageviews.

Lets celebrate by all reading the first chapter of my story! A mini GLaDOS for sale in a pet shop! I wrote it last night, and I must say I'm really proud of it. It was really fun to write, mainly because GLaDOS is really fun to write. And my other Portal fanfiction kinda went wonky near the end.

It's finally looking like summer out, with most of the plants having leaves and the flowers on the bush outside my bedroom window blooming. Soon the bees and hummingbirds will start coming and I can watch them from my window. There's nothing better than waking up with hummingbirds at your window.

I installed a few addon things to my browser (chrome). A dictionary because for some reason people insist on using weird words, and a PotatOS thingie. She says random GLaDOS quotes when I click on her.

I also installed a theme. Purple bubbles. I wanted a Portal one but no one makes them apparently.

New server... and whoa

Whoa. This new look...

Guess I'm going to have to get used to it.



Anyway, I started playing Minecraft again because of this little whitelisted server, Aversion. Really fun, nice community, all that blah. :) I recreated my house from Sanguine Prison (yes, I actually escaped on a prison server) on it and it looks awesome. :) Go ask to be whitelisted, you'll enjoy the server A LOT. It's on hard mode, and aims for a mostly vanilla feel.

The creator (sarpynom), and ZheNinja are both Portal fans like myself, and so we had a good conversation about that, leading me to change my skin from an Aether Valkyrie to GLaDOS. I was really torn between Chell and GLaDOS but I picked everyone's favorite AI in the end. <3

I have like 5 or 6 stacks of wool so far because I've been going back to a big herd of sheep every day and shearing a stack a day from them. I want to make a portal pixel art or something near spawn. I have the pixels for the space core on a tab, and I found this really neat companion cube house on DeviantART that I SO HAVE TO DO.

This is my house from the outside. The whole biome I have all to myself is full of mountains and the like. I love it.

Long Fall Socks

So, my brother's bday today. We went downtown to this awesome store that has a whole bunch of cool geeky video game stuff and bought a whole bunch of Minecraft and Portal loot.

I used $10 from Easter to buy some long fall boot socks. I'm wearing them right now. And I had to go and use a needle and thread to fix parts where it was coming apart. Still <3 them though.

My bro got a Portal shirt with gels and a companion cube on it, a companion cube plushie, Minecraft magnets, a cardboard creeper head, and a foam Minecraft sword.

I saw a turret flashlight. I WANT THE TURRET FLASHLIGHT!

New addiction... among other things.

My brother got my dad to buy him Portal and Portal 2 for PC, and naturally, I proceeded to get addicted to it too.

It started by watching him play it. It always starts by watching him play it.

Then I got obsessed with GLaDOS. SHE IS EPIKS SRSLY!!!!!1!!11!

Then my brother convinced our dad to buy Portal 2 for Xbox so we could play together. So we played co-op together, and I got even more addicted.

Then I played singleplayer.

ADDICTION!!!11!!1!



So anyway, now I'm playing WoW and roleplaying here while I'm on my normal computer time, and playing some Portal 2 on the Xbox when I get off the computer.

GAME UPDATE TIME!!!1!!11!1!

WoW: 2 lvl 80 characters, my Warlock, Marlah, and my Death Knight, Rashira; AH charrie and Druid and Hunter pretty much the same lvl, Druid is lvl 19 now though; made a new human Paladin with white hair and yellow eyes called Glados (currently lvl 23).

My death knight has Dreadful Gladiators Dreadplate Cheastguard or whatever it's called. Around 50000 honor points for that.

Oh, and I'm probably the only one on the server that can't use the auction house right now. ALL MY GOLD COMES FROM THE AUCTION HOUSE!


Portal 2: Well, almost beaten co-op with my bro (we're gonna go find the bird now), and found PotatOS on singleplayer.

Noooo it went down!

Installing Diablo II

So, I've finally gotten around to installing Diablo II. There's a grand total of 4 disks, 3 for the basic game and one for the expansion. And it isn't going too fast, either. Well, maybe it is. I don't know! XD

I just got back from going to visit my cousin and my grandparents. They live like an hour away, and visiting takes a while, so as you could expect I was out all day.

And now one of my 3 cats is spazzing out under the Christmas tree. She's the cutest thing is existence and her name is Gem, short for Gemma. We just call her Gemmy-gem or Sweety Pie or Cutie Pie or Cutie or Sweety or Cuteness or Spazz... the cat has about 10 different names! XD

Also, my bro is playing Lego Harry Potter on the Xbox (he got both of the games for Christmas) and I just figured out that my dad can't play Diablo with me unless we play across the connections directly between our computers and not over the internet... sucks.

And I started writing yet another story about Valkyries (from the Minecraft Aether mod) as writing practice.

Mmmmm... strawberries...

Yesterday me and my family went to a strawberry U-pick. I gorged myself on strawberries, and as we were driving back home, I was feeling rather warm and full and sleepy... :)
